Heated Floors for Your Kitchen, Bathroom and Sunroom in Maryland, DC and VA

Aaaahhhh… that about sums it up when it comes to heated floors. There are few comforts that come close to walking on a warm, cozy floor and watching the snow fall outside. Every time it snows I walk into my sunroom barefoot on purpose, just to enjoy the view and the awesomeness!

1 – With radiant floor heat, you can turn your thermostat down.

2 – Electric floor heat is easier to install and far less costly than hydronic (hot water) systems.

3 – You don’t need an electrician to do the job if you have basic skills.

4 – There are plug-and-play heat systems for use under carpet and floating floors that anybody can install.

5 – Radiant floor heat is WONDERFUL!!!

If you live in the DC metro area and want to know more, send me an email and I’ll be happy to talk about it. I’ve got heated floors in my 300 square-foot sun room, master bathroom and even in the kitchen in one of my rentals.

All the best,
